Certified training seminars for members of the
public administrations
ACCIONA has launched the Sustainability Workshop for Public Administrations, an initiative aimed at contributing to Education for Sustainable Development, in support of the UN's declaration of the period 2005-2014 as the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (DESD).
The Workshop consists of a training seminar on GRI*-certified Sustainability Report Drafting for Public Administrations geared towards ensuring that administrations give a boost to their Sustainability Reports and comply with article 33 of Spain's Draft Law on Sustainable Economy.
Objetives
To train participants in the efficient use of GRI Guidelines on external communication and the management of internal systems.
To introduce participants to the process for drafting Sustainability Reports based on the GRI-G3 Guide.
To develop methods aimed at increasing transparency, credibility and quality in information on Sustainability.
The Sustainability Workshop for Public Administrations helps create a worldwide network of people with a shared interest in sustainable development. It also gives rise to a favorable perception of our business, wherever we operate.
